Every Showtime here is read from the Source the Roster names for its cinema, by the Curator, the agent that maintains Lagocine. It reads them cinema by cinema, in a Collection run, and writes nothing it could not read.

The Coverage window runs thirty days ahead. Most cinemas publish only two or three days out, and this site holds exactly what each Source publishes — never a day further than the cinema itself has announced.
A Showtime carries a Booking link to the exact page where that ticket is bought, on the cinema's own system — not to a home page, and not through Lagocine. Nothing is sold here and no commission is taken.
We hold no Booking link for Blue Pictures Cinemas City Mall, Grand Cinemas Lekki, Ozone Cinemas Yaba, Sky Cinemas Sangotedo, THC Cinema Agege and Viva Cinemas Ikeja: their times are listed here, but their tickets are bought at the cinema, or on pages we have not found.
The Roster lists every cinema known to be operating in Lagos: 21 of them. 20 are on this site today. 0 were read and are publishing nothing. 1 has never been read.
A Cinema appears here only while it holds a Showtime that has not started, and it drops off on its own the day it goes dark: no list is kept by hand.

Posters and film details are read from the cinemas' own pages first; anything taken from the wider web is checked against more than one source before it is shown.
A cinema stays on this site for as long as it has a Showtime still to come, however long ago its Source was last read: a reading from yesterday evening still gives today's times correctly, so it is never called unreachable while it has one. Day-old data is stated, not hidden, but it is not treated as a fault either. The same rule covers money: a wrong price is worse than no price, so a price Lagocine does not know is printed as unknown rather than guessed.
Unreachable means impossibility, not age: a cinema whose Source has been read and has nothing upcoming drops off this site rather than staying with old times attached. When every cinema of a chain is in that state, Now Showing names the chain, with the time its cinemas were last read — that notice is the only place this site calls anything unreachable.
A cinema the Curator has never read is a different thing again, and is never called unreachable either: it is simply not covered yet. It is counted above, with the two other states a cinema of the Roster can be in.
